FEASIBILITY STUDIES
Begin your project by working with TRUform to consider each potential element of your project, including pros and cons related to different options, financial implications, and opportunities associated with moving or renovating an existing space, whether residential, corporate or commercial.
SPATIAL PLANNING
TRUform provides two-dimensional drawings to illustrate the proposed layout of your interior residential, corporate, or commercial space. We then refine these plans based on your feedback to arrive at an optimal layout.
COSTING & SCHEDULING
Timeline and budget are essential considerations for any project. TRUform works with you to determine the ideal scenario for your design project. We can work with our trusted contractors to secure preliminary budgets and recommend portions of your project where savings can be had or where a splurge may be worth it!
LIGHTING DESIGN CONSULTATION
The impact of lighting is very significant. With our Lighting Design Consultation services, we’ll be able to transform your space and set the mood. Whatever your lighting design needs may be, our team of designers work with lighting agencies to get the perfect lighting to make you feel at home in the space you live or work in.
CONCEPTUAL DESIGN
Your vision, style, and character are reflected in the conceptual design phase, which also includes furniture, materials, and finishes - each carefully selected to convey the unique identity of your space. This can include showrooms visits, sample boards, mood boards, physical samples to convey the desired look & feel.
3D RENDERINGS
Providing a rendered 3-D image for individual rooms, specific features, or the entire space makes the concept - including furniture, materials, lighting and finishes - tangible, relatable, and it helps get you excited about your new space!
CONSTRUCTION DRAWINGS
Construction drawings, or “Blueprints”, including detail drawings are prepared to transform concept into reality by communicating the intricate construction and execution details of your project to the contractor. These drawings are used for coordination between trades and are necessary for conveying life-safety during the permitting process.
CONSTRUCTION ADMINISTRATION
TRUform interiors provides project management and onsite inspections in order to maintain the integrity of your project and ensure ongoing compliance with the project plans and drawings during the construction and execution phase.
FURNITURE SELECTION & SPECIFICATIONS
To complete your vision, TRUform Interiors can coordinate furniture and finishing requirements in order to bring the complete concept and design to fruition.
